It's the generosity of people like you that makes a lasting difference to the people of Southern Ethiopia!

For just $35 a person, HOPE International can help Ethiopians build a water system to carry mountain spring water from miles away to the center of their village. Clean water systems save hours of mindless labour, allowing children to attend school and women to care for their families. It also reduces the spread of disease cause by drinking local, soiled water.

Make an online pledge by clikcing here.  The link will take you to the Running Room website. Simply type in the runner's or walker's name under "Pledge an Athlete". Follow the simple steps from there.

To make a donation directly to the Run For Water project go to HOPE International and look for the Halton Run For Water in the drop-down donation menu.

Or, ask participating runners and walkers to fill-in your name and contribution on their off-line Pledge Form.
